Five hours for the Cuban Five

Last year, five known Flemish actors; Jonas Geirnaert Joke Devynck Chris Lomme Dirk Tuypens Daan Hugaert

decided to fight for the liberation of the Cuban Five, in collaboration with Free the Five Committee Belgium. They wanted to use their fame in Belgium to convince the public opinion to react against this injustice case.

On the 12th of September 2009, the day of 11th year of imprisonment for Gerardo, Hernando, Ramón, René and Fernando, they will try to attract the attention of everyone by locking themselves up in a self-made prison with the slogan “Join the Cuban Five”. They will try hard to convince other Belgian personalities to join them in their cell, to serve  time in a symbolical way.

Lo más abominable del mundo es ser paradigma de una cosa y procrear el contrario.
Como es posible que el humanismo y la justicia está en crisis en un país que
si dice brinda 'ayuda humanitaria' y se vanagloria de tener el mejor sistema judical.
Es posible, pues como dice el cura (haz lo que te digo pero no lo que yo hago.)
para exportar humanismo debes ser humano,
para exportar justicia debes ser justo.
Son las cosas que la casa blanca ha ignorado siempre con respecto a los 5!
